"Good rates, good rates most of the time"
I use Intermex whenever the exchange rate looks better than the other options. It’s usually competitive, not always the absolute best, but still fair, fair enough for me to keep using it.

"Tracking was actually spot on"
The tracking was accurate, which I appreciated more than I expected. I kept checking it here and there, kind of out of habit, and it actually matched up with what was happening. Not much else to say, really, but it was nice not having to guess where everything was...

I had to request a refund through intermexonline and thought it would take a while, but it came back faster than I expected. The money was back in my account within a few days and the whole thing was hassle-free. I’d say they’re worth trying if you want something straightforward.

"Convenient pickup spots, but I’d appreciate a little compensation"
I use Intermex because my family has a lot of nearby places where they can pick up the money, which makes things way easier. It hasn’t been perfect every single time, but overall it’s been good so far. That said, when there are delays or issues, I do feel like some kind of compensation or credit would be fair.

I get frustrated when I have to sit around waiting for money to go through, so I’ve been really happy with this. Every transfer I’ve made has shown up fast, and I haven’t had any annoying delays so far.

"Works fine, but the holds get old"
Intermex has been good for me overall. Most of my transfers go through without a problem, and the app is easy enough to use. I do like that I can send money from home instead of going all the way to a store.
The thing that bothers me is the account holds. It feels like every few times I use it, boom, my account gets put on hold again. Nothing changed on my end, so it’s really, really frustrating having to call or wait around.
Customer service usually helps and gets it fixed, so I can’t say it’s terrible. But when you need to send money fast, fast, those delays are annoying. It works, just not always as smoothly as I’d like.

I used intermexonline.com mostly because they had a promo for my first transfer. The discount was nice, and it actually showed up at checkout, so I didn’t feel like I was getting tricked or anything.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the page loaded a bit slow for me, and I had to double-check the total a couple of times. Still, the promo savings were solid, and I’d say it was easy overall

I looked up Intermex online because I needed to send money to a specific place, and reading between the lines with some other services, it wasn’t really clear if they could handle it or not. Intermex actually showed the destination I needed, which made things a lot less frustrating. The process was simple, I sent the money without any major problems, and my family received it just fine. As long as that location stays available, I’d use them again.

I’ve been using this app mostly to send money to my sister, and it usually does what I need it to do. That said, it feels a little clunky sometimes. A few buttons aren’t where I’d expect them to be, and the app can be kind of slow. I also had to restart it once when it froze up. It’s not a bad app, but I do wish it felt easier and quicker to use.
